CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Bo Naylor hit the go-ahead homer in the 7th and the Guardians nipped Chicago 3-2 Sunday to sweep the 3-game series.

Cleveland has now won 9 of its last 10 games.

Bryan Rocchio made a terrific game-saving play at second base the get the final out in the ninth.

The Guardians take Monday off then start a 6-game road trip Tuesday in Detroit.
