Nine people were taken to the hospital after a crash involving four cars occurred on Frankford Avenue in Kensington on Sunday morning, police said.

The crash happened just before 10:30 a.m. near the 3000 block of Frankford Avenue, police said.

Video from the Citizen app showed a heavy police presence at the time.

All nine people taken to the hospital are not listed in critical condition, police said.

The Accident Investigation Division is investigating the incident.
