The Milwaukee Brewers had injury added to insult in the wake of their 3-2 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals at American Family Field on Sunday afternoon, Sept. 14.

In the midst of throwing a season-low 67 pitches over just four innings of work, José Quintana suffered a calf injury that manager Pat Murphy said afterwards was concerning enough that the veteran left-hander was sent for imaging after being removed to determine the severity.
