CINCINNATI —
Joe Burrow is said to have suffered a "turf toe" injury during the Bengals' game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.
This comes from reports from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Rapoport says that Burrow appears likely to need surgery for the injury. If so, Burrow is expected to miss at least 3 months of playing time, according to both Rapoport and Schefter.
This means that Burrow could be out for most, if not all, of the team's season.
According to the Cleveland Clinic, "Turf toe is an injury in your big toe joint when ligaments, tendons and soft tissues in the joint stretch or tear. It’s a common injury among football players and athletes who sprint or jump."
