PHOENIX — The popular Asian food and culture festival, Panda Fest, is making a stop in Scottsdale from Nov. 21-23.

More than 120 Asian food vendors, artisans and performers will be stationed at Salt River Fields to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander cultures for the weekend.

The festival was founded by BiuBiu Xu, who created New York City’s Dragon Fest. It began as a one-day pop-up but has grown to a multi-city, traveling entity with stops in Boston, Charlotte, the Twin Cities, Seattle, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Phoenix, which will be the final stop on the tour.
