Out gay actor Tramell Tillman has made history at the Emmy Awards 2025 as the first Black actor to win Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.

Tramell Tillman, who plays the antagonistic Lumon manager Seth Milchick, in the Apple TV+ drama Severance , has written his name in history at the 2025 Emmy Awards.

Accepting the Emmy the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series, for which he beat out three The White Lotus stars and two of his own cast mates from Severance , Tillman thanked his mother.

“You remember what you want to remember. You make time for what you want to make time for, do the work, show up, and most importantly, for the love of God, don’t embarrass me in public,” the out gay actor joked.
