High temperatures in North Texas before rain chances show up mid

There is a 10% chance of rain on Monday afternoon, mostly east and south of the metroplex. A significant low-pressure system moves across the Midwest midweek. It passes close enough to us to drop temperatures a tad and put in 20% - 30% rain chances each day starting Wednesday.
