Once praised for his offensive mind and play-calling acumen, Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel now appears to be on the hottest seat in the NFL.

And after Sunday's 33-27 Week 2 loss to the rival New England Patriots, McDaniel is feeling the heat in Miami that has nothing to do with the weather.

The now 0-2 McDaniel then proceeded to offer some strange postgame analysis that both confused and agitated Dolphins fans.

“Uhm, we’re, to win games you have to win the game, umm, not lose the game… honestly. And that, that is how you lose the game," McDaniel told reporters .
