LOGAN - Friday, September 12, more than 400 students attended the first-ever Dare Mighty things —Together! Summit on the Utah State University campus, where Erin Clark, co-author of Leading Through, spoke about human-centered leadership.

She discussed how effective leadership is rooted in human connection, contrasting the “power over” paradigm with “leading through,” which emphasizes unleashing power with and through others.

She introduced metaphors of soul, heart, and mind to restore humanity to organizations and leadership, and described love, inspiration, vitality and connection as essential elements for human thriving.
