HARRISBURG — On Nov. 4, voters in Pennsylvania will cast their ballots in the municipal election. All voters will have statewide judicial races and retention questions on their ballots, as well as local races that will vary by county and municipality.

While many voters will head to their local polling places on Election Day, others will use mail ballots. All registered voters in the commonwealth have been able to vote by mail since 2020.
