The team behind Sage & Salt Bistro has opened a new restaurant downtown.

Tuscani, a high-end Italian restaurant, opened Sept. 9 in the space formerly occupied by Six Hundred° at 450 N. Patterson in the Bailey South building in Innovation Quarter.

Tuscani is owned by father and son Tom and Brandon Brock and husband and wife Patrick Rafferty and Jasmine Ysordia.

Six Hundred had only been in that space three years and had already changed hands once. Brandon Brock said that Six Hundred’s owners reached out to him about taking over the space. “We were kind of looking but not actively looking for another restaurant,” Brock said. “This opportunity kind of just fell in our laps.”
