ST. LOUIS - A man was left critically injured Saturday afternoon following a shooting in north St. Louis.
According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD), the shooting happened around 12:45 p.m. on the 2700 block of Goodfellow Boulevard in north St. Louis' Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood.
Officers responded to the scene after receiving multiple calls regarding a person injured by gunfire in a parking lot. When police arrived on the scene, they found a 38-year-old man critically injured.
The man was rushed to a nearby hospital after the shooting where he was listed in critical and unstable condition.
