Question:
I started my current job five months ago. My partner and I have decided we want to start trying for a baby soon . However, I am part of a small team and feel like I am putting them in a bad position if I suddenly announce I am pregnant.
I am considering telling my manager that I am planning to try for a baby so she has some warning but my partner says I shouldn’t. What is the best course of action?
