Brits heading to Spain warned of 'second summer' 40C spike

Spain is set for a "second summer" with a looming heatwave on the way. Set to reach a whopping 36C this week, people are being warned that with temperatures reaching nearly 40C, people need to take caution whether you are a local or tourist.
