BUFFALO N.Y. (WIVB) -- A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash involving another vehicle early Sunday night in Amherst, police announced.
At 4:45 p.m. police responded to the intersection of Main Street and Callodine Avenue for a report of a crash between a motorcycle and a Jeep.
A 32-year-old man of Buffalo was driving the motorcycle westbound on Main Street approaching Callodine Avenue. A 50-year-old woman of Buffalo was driving the Jeep eastbound on Main Street and made a left turn northbound on Callodine Avenue, which is when she entered the motorcycle's path, police said.
The two collided and the man was reportedly ejected from the motorcycle. He suffered serious head and hand injuries and was transported to ECMC.
