The Michelin Guide made a big splash in the local culinary scene when it released its first Colorado edition in September 2023 , covering Denver, Boulder, Aspen and Snowmass Village, the Town of Vail and Beaver Creek Resort.

Last year, additions included Alma Fonda Fina , which was the first non-tasting menu restaurant in the state to earn a star.

After making our predictions , we now know who made the cut in 2025, including Colorado's first two-starred restaurant, the Wolf's Tailor, plus three new one-star eateries.
