In a new episode of his podcast “Club Random,” comedian Bill Maher denounced what he called a concerning lack of empathy from the political left following the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. Kirk, 31, was assassinated on Wednesday during an event at Utah Valley University where he was engaging in a debate.

Authorities have since arrested 22-year-old Tyler Robinson in connection with the murder.
