MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A man and a woman are in jail after the Tennessee Highway Patrol says the man led them on a wild chase and crash in Raleigh this weekend.

The man who authorities say ran from them was initially identified as a woman by troopers and witnesses. His car hit another driver, a 77-year-old woman who just so happened to have a warrant out of Arkansas, troopers said.

Germari Jones, 22, is charged with a revoked driver's license, evading arrest, two counts of reckless endangerment, reckless driving, speeding, improper passing, passing in a no-passing zone, disobedience to a traffic control device, improper lane changing, and failure to yield right of way.
