President Donald Trump’s approval rating in Wyoming is the highest out of all 50 states, according to a recent poll.
A September poll from Morning Consult finds Trump with a net positive approval rating in 25 states, down from 27 in the firm’s August survey .
The two states where Trump’s approval rating dropped to a net negative were North Carolina and Nevada, according to Morning Consult.
In Wyoming, however, Trump has an approval rating of 62%, the highest approval rating in any state. Republicans in the Cowboy State hold both seats for U.S. Senate, the state’s lone seat for U.S. House, the governorship and a supermajority in both the state House and state Senate.
The five states that gave Trump the highest approval ratings are:
Wyoming – 62% approval
Idaho – 60% approval
