FREETOWN, Mass. (WLNE) — An “in-depth investigation” by the Freetown Police Department culminated in the arrest of a town resident on multiple narcotics charges.
According to Freetown Police Department Public Information Officer Lieutenant Benjamin A. Levesque, Matthew Clark, 32, is charged with possession of a Class B substance and possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute.
Frederick Clark, 46, of Freetown, was not at the Chace Road residence at the time of the police operation and Freetown police are seeking a warrant for his arrest, according to Lieutenant Levesque.
He is expected to be charged with three counts of possession of a firearm without an FID card, possession of ammunition without an FID card and receiving stolen property under $1,200 (subsequent offense)
