OLD TOWN -- An old town man has pleaded guilty for his role in a conspiracy to distribute drugs.

According to court records, 44-year-old Alan Dziob conspired with others to distribute drugs in the Penobscot County area and elsewhere between January and April of 2021.

As part of the conspiracy, Dziob regularly supplied fentanyl, cocaine base, methamphetamine and cocaine to a local dealer to sell for him.

Dziob faces a minimum of five years and up to 40 years in prison and 5 million dollar fine.

He also faces up to a lifetime of supervised release once he gets out of jail.
