PARKERSBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two students were taken into custody after authorities responded to a potential threat directed at Parkersburg High School, according to Wood County Schools.
The school system said it received information on Saturday, September 13, regarding a possible threat for Monday, September 15.
The Wood County Sheriff’s Department investigated and placed the students allegedly involved into custody on Sunday, September 14.
The Wood County Prosecutor’s Office also assisted in the response.
