The New York Jets lost 30-10 to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. Linebacker Jermaine Johnson II was injured during the game.

Johnson was being evaluated for an ankle injury in the first half before he was ruled out for the remainder of the game. Johnson was a Pro Bowler in 2023, but missed most of last season with an Achilles injury, playing in just two games.

There was reason for concern for Johnson, considering he had just missed almost an entire year with a lower leg injury. The Pro Bowler sent off some cryptic tweets , indicating perhaps his injury is minor.

Johnson had 7 1/2 sacks in 2023 and was a key player on the Jets' defense. The Jets were embarrassed by the Bills, but there is still plenty of season left for the team to get back on track.
