A Pennsylvania landlord found the decomposed remains of a baby inside his property last week after he evicted the 39-year-old resident, according to police.
State police then found two more sets of remains.
Police charged the former resident, Jessica M. Mauthe, of Cadogan, in Armstrong County, with one count of homicide and one count of abuse of a corpse for the most recent baby, who was born about a year ago, according to court records.
Cadogan is located along the Allegheny River and northeast of Pittsburgh.
The investigation began Friday when the landlord called state police after finding what he believed was a dead infant in his vacant property. He told police had evicted Mauthe on August 14 and changed the locks to the home on Aug. 30.
