A Florida man is behind bars for allegedly threatening to blow up causeways in the Sunshine State, claiming he's a member of a gang and cartel — and that he kills people people, children and pets "for a living."

Floyd Bradley Jr., 46, faces a slew of charges including making a false report of a bomb, resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer. According to a probable cause arrest affidavit , Melbourne police received the threatening call to 911 around 9 p.m. on Thursday. Bradley allegedly stated he had been collecting materials to make a bomb and placed one near a causeway in Melbourne where there are several bars and restaurants.
