Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, is sending a flirty message to Prince Harry in honor of his 41st birthday on Sept. 15.

The former Meghan Markle posted a sultry throwback pic of the prince on Instagram that showed him dressed in an army green jumpsuit with the name "Harry Wales" written on a patch. Harry's red hair looks tousled and he wears a full beard.

"Oh hi, Birthday Boy," Meghan captioned the image, adding fire emoji.

The photo appears to have been taken in September 2015 when Harry attended a historic Battle of Britain flypast to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the battle during World War II.
