GOODHUE COUNTY, Minn. - A man from Rochester was arrested for allegedly trying to meet a minor for sexual activity. That minor turned out to be an investigator from the Goodhue County Sheriff's Office.

Josef Brace has been charged with soliciting a child through electronic communication to engage in sexual conduct, electronic communication describing sexual conduct with a child, hiring a child for prostitution and fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. All three charges are felonies.

Court documents say the Sheriff's Office investigator posed as a 13-year-old girl on Kik Messenger to identify potential offenders.
