The neighbor of accused Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson has blown the lid off his alleged relationship with transgender partner Lance S. Twiggs , RadarOnline.com can reveal.

While speaking with reporters, neighbor Josh Kemp recalled seeing Robinson, 22, holding hands with Twiggs before the pair got into his gray Dodge Challenger and drove off.
