CUBA, Ky. -- The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) completed their investigation into a plane crash which killed a 41-year-old man in July of 2024 in Graves County, Kentucky.

The crash happened on July 13, 2024, at around 3:27 p.m. and involved an Air Tractor AT802 near Cuba, Kentucky.

Kentucky State Police earlier reported the pilot died after a crop duster crashed into a field in Graves County.

The NTSB stated the pilot was the only one on the aircraft at the time of the crash.

National transportation investigators reported the agriculture aircraft was loaded with agriculture chemicals and was spraying fields from south to north before the plane descended and crashed. The NTSB report stated the plane skidded across terrain, a road, and then hit a ditch. It rested about
