MADBURY — A passenger was seriously injured, and a driver was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after a single-vehicle crash Sept. 13 on Freshet Road , according to New Hampshire State Police .
Police said a preliminary investigation determined a 2009 Honda Civic was traveling south about 11:54 a.m., when the driver, Cameron Renner, 21, of Rochester lost control, crossed the centerline into the opposite side of the road. Renner overcorrected, and the Honda went off the west shoulder of the road, where it rolled over multiple time, police said.
The passenger, a man, was ejected and transported to a hospital for treatment of serious but non-life-threatening injuries, according to police. Renner, the driver was transported for treatment of minor injuries.
