MCDONALD, Ohio - For senior citizen tenants in Woodland Park Apartments every day has been a climb, taking the stairs up and down the three story building after the elevators went out more than a month ago.

Stephen and his wife, who uses a walker, have been relying on the family to get her necessities. They're hearing it could be a few more weeks of just sitting around.
