GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Tech Week Grand Rapids is back, showcasing the latest and greatest in technological advances. More than 100 events across West Michigan from September 15-20 offer chances to explore, connect and create.

“Technology is the way, we use it each and every day,” said Ricardo O’Neal.

While much of tech week is geared toward those with a strong knowledge base, O’Neal is helping break down the basics as a part of a "Digital Literacy Series" going on this week.

“You have to have the essentials,” said O’Neal. “You gotta have the ABCs and the 123s. And when we talk tech, before you can become a producer, you have to be a user.”
