An online auction for the former Jewish Community Center building has been postponed.

The auction for the building at 3301 N. Front St., which is located in both Susquehanna Township and Harrisburg, was slated to begin on Monday.

The auction has been rescheduled to take place between Oct. 20 – 22 on Auctions by Ten-X on LoopNet.com.

The starting bid — which is not the same as the minimum selling price, is $300,000. The minimum selling price has not been publicized.

The 69,212-square-foot former community center has an auditorium, a gymnasium, an indoor pool, a fitness facility, two racquetball courts, locker rooms, offices, classrooms, several meeting spaces, multipurpose rooms, and two commercial kitchens. At one time, there was a bowling alley in the basement.
