ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Open since 2017, a passport application and renewal service at the University of New Mexico is gaining popularity. Workers with the center, located at UNM's bookstore, said their main goal is to help international students who need access to these specialized services.

Proceeds from the center fund student scholarships for international graduate research and mobility. Since 2019, they have funded more than 100 scholarships.
