BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo firefighter and private chef Camille Le Caer has a full plate.

Le Caer, who runs his Camille Private Chef out of a third-floor studio at 27 Chandler Street in North Buffalo, hosts hands-on cooking classes and private dinners while he isn't on duty with the Buffalo Fire Department.

His classes give guests the chance to learn, cook, and dine.

“We have croissants coming up. We have crème brûlée, we have a filet mignon class where you learn how to make your own risotto, you bring your own wines and then you get to make a chocolate mousse,” Le Caer explained.

One of his most popular classes is a Buffalo football-themed macaron class, which he schedules for game day mornings.
