The Well-Being Foundation, formerly known as the Berger Health Foundation, is

pleased to announce the opening of its grant program to support non-profit

organizations striving to enhance the overall well-being of the Pickaway County

community. Qualifying organizations under 501(c)(3) are invited to submit proposals for

a one-time grant of up to $50,000.

Grant Purpose:

The grant is designed to align with the Foundation’s mission to “Enhance the overall

well-being of our community.” Successful proposals will demonstrate how they

contribute to this mission through innovative programs or projects.

Submission Details:

Proposals must include the following:

 Detailed Plan: A comprehensive outline of the program or project, including its

goals, objectives, and planned activities.
