Coming into Sunday’s game, it had been fifteen years since the Dallas Cowboys started a regular season 0-2. To avoid the same fate as that 2010 Cowboys team, Dallas would have to defeat a division rival, the New York Giants, on Sunday afternoon.

A game that many believed would be an underwhelming, one-sided contest turned into quite the opposite. The two teams combined to score 77 total points and nearly 1,000 yards of total offense, and the Cowboys, somehow, someway, walked away with a much-needed win.

When your team scores 40 points, there are plenty of players worthy of praise, but one Cowboy stood above the rest on Sunday. That guy was Brandon Aubrey, and he’s the winner of this week’s game ball.
