Pulaski County man charged for alleged child sex crimes

PULASKI COUNTY, Mo. (KY3) -A Pulaski County man has been charged with multiple alleged child sex crimes.

According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, Danny Ray McAbee has been charged with two counts of first-degree child molestation, two counts of statutory sodomy or attempt - person less than 12 years old, and two counts of sexual misconduct involving a child under 15.

In court records, an interview was conducted with a minor victim on June 10, who stated McAbee had allegedly molested them for a year in his travel trailer.

Another minor victim was also interviewed on June 10, and they stated that McAbee had allegedly molested them for about 1-2 years. They later state that McAbee would refer to the time in his camper as “play time,” according to the probable cause statement.
