JOSH Duggar has been accused of breaking rules in his appeal battle as a prosecutor has begged the court to deny his request for a new trial in his child pornography case.

Josh , 37, was sentenced to 151 months on child pornography charges and has been serving his sentence at FCI Seagoville in Dallas, Texas with a release date of December 23, 2032 .

Josh is fighting to appeal the conviction despite multiple failed attempts and is now representing himself .

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's oldest son listed several reasons why his "constitutional rights" were "violated," and how he was "deprived of a fair trial."

Now, the prosecution has hit back at Josh's request, demanding the Arkansas judge on the case uphold the conviction.
