Sofía Vergara ’s night took a detour.

The "Modern Family" alum shared she had to miss the 77th annual Emmy Awards Sept. 14 after taking a trip to the emergency room.

“Didnt make it to the Emmys but made it to the ER,” the "Griselda" actress wrote in a Sept. 14. Instagram carousel featuring a picture of her looking into the camera and showing off her red, swollen eye. “Sorry I had to cancel! Craziest eye allergie [sic] right before getting in the car!”

Vergara, 53, also shared videos from inside the emergency room where she seemingly moans in pain and another clip of her treating the allergy as she does a rinse in a faucet.
