Frances Nagashima’s work history demonstrates a passion for helping others. After graduating with her graduate degree in public policy and development management, she began work at St. Luke’s Health System as a program director for Youth Adult Konnections (YAK!) for three years, where she increased program participation from 25 to 225 students monthly. She also managed a full-time staff and 80 full-time volunteers and represented on numerous state and local community justice panels and committees.
