EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- A man seen weaving between lanes of traffic in Northwest El Paso was arrested and charged with DWI, his seventh since 2012, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office said.

David Adrian Gandara, 56, was arrested on Friday, Sept. 12, and charged with driving while intoxicated -- third or more time, the Sheriff's Office said. Deputies also found that he had an outstanding warrant with no bond for the same offense.

Deputies saw a vehicle weaving along the 5500 block of Doniphan in Northwest El Paso and pulled the driver over.

Upon making contact with the driver, they observed him to be showing signs of intoxication. The driver -- identified as Gandara -- failed the standard field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWI, the Sheriff's office said.
