TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Some conservative organizations in Tucson said the death of Charlie Kirk is bringing more people to their movement.

A prayer vigil at the University of Arizona on Monday asked students to come together and follow the word of God. They said that the word was spoken through Kirk.

Door Church had planned on going to campus with Ross Johnson months ago, but to have the Turning Point USA Chapter President on the stage with him didn’t come about until after Kirk’s assassination last week.

“The timing is not a coincidence, and I think it just points to the reality that we need truth in America,” said Door Church pastor David Ajala.

Kirk’s death became a serious talking point between the prayers and songs today. Scattered amongst the T-shirts and posters for Jesus
