One Philadelphian is a million dollars richer after buying a winning a scratch off lottery ticket, according to a spokesperson with the Pennsylvania lottery.

The winning ticket was sold at the Sunoco located at 440 West Cheltenham Avenue, officials said. That store will be rewarded $5,000 for selling the winning ticket.

The ticket was from the Jackpot Scratch-Off .
