WHEATFIELD, N.Y. — 2 On Your Side has been trying to find out more about some issues with mail service impacting residents of two Niagara County towns.

One of member of our local Congressional delegation talked about one of those issues over the weekend.

We want to emphasize that there are apparently two different issues involving the Postal Service with discussions and they involve the towns of Pendleton and Wheatfield.

First in the towns of Wheatfield and Pendleton there is a push to designate separate zip codes because of existing zip codes which are shared with separate communities of Niagara Falls, North Tonawanda, and Lockport.
