DETROIT (Scripps News Detroit) — A judge heard testimony on Monday in connection with the Jan. 31 explosion at a medical facility in Troy, Michigan that claimed the life of a little boy.
Five-year-old Thomas Cooper was at The Oxford Center receiving treatment in a hyperbaric chamber when it exploded, killing him.
