SALT LAKE CITY — A Tooele County man who police say got knocked down during a fight is accused of firing more than a dozen rounds at the man who punched him, killing him.

"The defendant brought a firearm to a fist fight. The defendant had no regard for the safety and welfare of others or the community," prosecutors stated in charging documents.
