FRONT ROYAL — Since taking office in January 2004, Warren County Sheriff Crystal Cline has worked to increase the department’s community outreach through initiatives aimed at children, teens and adults.
Cline tapped Krista Beahm, youth engagement coordinator for the Sheriff’s Office, and Bob Battani, community services specialist for the organization, with developing the Police Athletic League (PAL), the Explorer Program, Citizens Academy and a nonprofit foundation, all geared toward strengthening community relationships.
