La Salle 2, Barrington 1

Monday night’s rematch of a Division I girls soccer quarterfinal meeting between La Salle and Barrington was decided in the opening half.

The Rams netted their second goal six minutes before the break and held on for a 2-1 triumph over the Eagles. Mariana Laquale tallied the winner off a cross from Allie Scott to put the hosts on top for good.
