A teacher accused of excessive force and improper restraint in Collin County has resigned, and the attorney for the child at the center of the investigation is speaking out.

Wesley Gould shared surveillance video of the incident with NBC 5.

The nearly 13-minute video begins inside a special-needs classroom at Tatum Elementary on Friday, Aug. 15, the end of the first week of school.

It shows Bobby Jaxx, a student with autism, playing with a toy at a table with his teacher, who, for an unknown reason, takes the toy away.

Seconds later, Jaxx throws an inflatable ball at the teacher. When he threatens to do it again, the teacher is heard saying, “Ok, do it, Bobby Jaxx, and see what happens.”
